Default help me identify this turbo

I recently bought a turbo for very cheap and ive searched around and cant seam to identify it.

Says GARRETT on the inlet side
BCC A/R 42
a stamp saying F9
Also has a 90* fiting next to the BCC with a nipple on the end. No idea what that is for.
Oil cooled
Where the intercooler piping connect to it has the numbers 409115 54
On the exhaust side it reads AiResearch
Also stampd is FA2
M4
.48
4 stud downpipe is needed
Connects to a 4 stud log manifold

How do i fine the specs of this turbo or can someone help explain to a noob?

I seriously doubt you will be able to hit 250whp. That turbo is really small. Despite its size its still a fun turbo to run, your torque curve won't really be a curve...it will be quite linear.

I'm currently running a t3 .42/.48 on my stock sohc zc. At 14psi the turbo is running out of breath and only pushing close to 220whp, not to mention it starts to fall off at 5500 rpms.

If you have spent the money to build your engine, just spend some cash and pick up a bigger turbo, you'll end up doing it either way so mine as well save money by not having to re-tune the car.
