I used to live in New York and I found a difference in mileage. It very little. I only noticed because I keep track of that shiz. My Tundra also tells me whats going on.

I notice it in my MDX. I usually get about 50-75 miles less per tank

that sounds a little ridiculous, whats a mdx get per tank like 400 miles,

It take three times more ethanol to do the same job gas does. Its science. So we're paying more and getting worse mileage

Nope, dead serious. I just took a trip to cali and witnessed it firsthand. The first tank I filled up with non E-10 and got 410 miles to that tank and then the next station we stopped at had the E-10 and I only got 350 miles out of it. This was all on the same day with NO alterations to the vehicle which makes it a near perfect example. However, the only difference was that the "Premium" Chevron Gas was 92 in OR and only 91 Cali. That might make a little difference.
