Default Can't Break Cam Pulley Bolt...

Okay, I've got something that I can't seem to figure out. And I searched all the ways I could and didn't find anything. This may be a stupid question but I'm clueless: How do you loosen the cam pulley bolt without the cam itself turning. Don't have an impact wrench, I need to break this one by hand. Any suggestions? Thanks

You can also use 6mm punches inserted into the alignment holes in the cam caps/cams to hold them in place(also at TDC). Or, if your cams have a hex nut casted into the middle of them like LS cams do, you can use a wrench on that to hold the cam in place.
