Engine keeps dying

Default Engine keeps dying

I own a 2000 civic 1.6 150000 miles. yesterday I replaced timing belt,waterpump. Since i was already fixing I replaced plugs,dist cap, rotor,wires. car started and ran very well. on the way to work when at stop light it died when restarted I noticed very low idle and wanted to die again is there a sensor that is going out ? Im looking for any help on were to look at problem any help apreciated thanks

probably the alternator, check to make sure the belt is tight enough.

almost identical problem with my 2000 civic. ive been advised to check my TPS and 02 sensor maby? as well as well the IAVC. just start with one of em bro.

is your distributor adjusting nut tight. dizzy might have moved.

ok before you go napalming sensors, look at what you did.

1 - timming belt.
is it on correctly?
2 - water pump
is there an air pocket? this will wreak havoc
3 - tune up stuff
is this stuff installed correctly

look at your coolant level first. and then check the stuff you changed as it ran fine before this excursion?
