rev limiter kicks on at 2500 after swap HELP!!!!!
i havea 96 honda accord ex vtec. i put a jdm engine in it and now the dam thing wont go over 2500. but the rev limiter kicks it down to idle if i let off the gas. if i dont let off the gas it dies and doesnt want to start (check engine lite flickers when this happes also.

no i switched everything over for the us stuff not to familiar with this stuff though is there a difference and if so how would i get the ecm
