Alright, i have a question for everyone.

I have a 1992 prelude with 4ws and the H23 Motor

i was Pulling into a Parking lot the other day and the Clutch Slipped So i grabbed it again and When i Released it, I noticed i didnt move and that the motor hopped and hit the hood.

After that i let it sit for a Second and then Tried again, this time only thing that happened was a big Cracking noise and then Sound As if Parts Were Flying around in my Tranny.

My Car is lowered with Suspension and i cant Really get under it int he parking lot.

now that Made me think it was a Clutch shattered. Except When i was being pulled home.... i Could hear/feel pieces Of metal Come off the motor and hit the bottom of my Car.


I was just wondering if anyone has had or any idea what this issue could be, and If it is a shattered Clutch. does anyone know a Good guide to show me how to replace it?

there is a dust cover on the bottom of the transmission, if you unbolt that and bits come out, you know you killed the clutch.
A Factory service manual is the best walk through you can get, worth the investment.
