i drive a 2000 integra type R

is anyone running or ran supercharged and nitrous? i am currently JRSC (jackson racing) and was wanting to put my nitrous kit (wet) 75 shot from my accord to the R for some added fun. yes i will get a retune etc etc. is it safe to run 75 shot or what be a more conservative and safer amount. what would be the max.
this is on a stock block and head. my current setup is:

stock block and head
JRSC 7psi
methanol
endyn kamikaze header
thermal 3" exhaust
440 rc injectors
walboro 255 fuel pump
samco intake tube with bpi velocity stack setup
tuned on hondata s300

currently pushing 250 to the wheels
