Obtain full knuckle assemblies and trailing arm assemblies. Unbolt old stuff, bolt in new stuff. Bleed brakes. Real easy.

You want any integra brakes, gs, ls, and gsr, those would be the less costly of the two. Its swap is easy you need integra spindles, and a 91 civic sedan master cylinder to cope with the bigger caliper fluid displacement. I suggest you get new wheel bearings, inspect both ball joints, and install new out tie rods because your down there anyways. Make sure you check your caliper dust seals, and lube up the pins your calipers slide on. I really suggest you replace all your lower control arm bushings, and both radous arm bushings when you do all this.

From what I have been told the GSR brakes will bolt on.

The type R brakes will require a little modification.

I think he meant brakes from the regular (not the Type R) versions.
