When ever I accelerate the car SOMETIMES bogs down and after i pass 3k...its all good. This only happens when im in 1, 2n and 3rd...im thinking something 2 do w/ my spark plugs?....this only started happening yesterday.

 

yea change the plugs and start from there

what do i check for in the o2 sensor?

no check engine light? you may want to check your TPS. Also I 've known IACV's to do that. To check all these it'd be best to hook up a scan tool and run your car then write down all your readings for the TPS, IACV, O2, if its runnin rich or lean etc.l

 

unplug it and see if the car runs better

 

Nope, no engine light, the problem doesnt occur now, its wierd. It was just like that for 3 days. Now it's gone. Ill try the scan thing. BTW, whenever I start my car, my idle is really high, it reaches like 2K, even in this hot weather!...but it goes down once the car is warmed up.
