Blinking check engine light?
First off, thank you for reading this. Here's my problem: A few days ago my car would not run right at idle. It sounds, and feels, like it's missing. I ran some injector cleaner through it, but it's not seeming to help (tried the cheap fix first). I also have an O2 sensor out, but that has never caused me problems before. So here's the dilemma. Yesterday I noticed that if I let the car sit at idle long enough, the check engine light would start blinking and then go back to the fully on position (it has been for a while because of my faulty O2 sensor). This just keeps happening over and over, going from blinking for about 10 seconds to solid for about 30-45. Have any of you run into this problem before?
I did do a search and couldnt' find anything in the forums about a blinking check engine light. Thank you!

uhmm after working on newr cars for so long at toyota i know that when their engine lights blink its because the cat is gone which from running your car without an o2 sensor, that will cause the cat to go out over time since the engine doesnt know exactly how much fuel to be giving the motor. i believe hondas are the same way but if it were me id quit driving the car till you get that fixed because it could cause alot more problems in the long run drivign with the light on and blinkin so get the code pulled at honda or autozone and look it up to see exactly what the problem is.
Or, if you don't feel like paying the diagnostic fee at the dealership your could jump the service port and read the check engine light yourself
