You need a new head gasket, and intake gastket. The head will bolt right up with no other mods. You may need a vtec controler.

If your car has the y7 it has a 3 wire iac valve. You will either need to convert your wire harness, ecu, and intake manifold to the y8 or you can use your stock manifold, ecu and a vtec controller. The y8 automatic manifold has bigger runners and still uses the 3 wire iac if you want that one.

If your car was equipped with the y8 then just use the y7 block only, everything else is the same.
