Default h22 dis

My H22a has went through a distributor a year, I'm trying to figure out what would cause the distributor to fail. The first would get where the car wouldn't rev past a point, now I think the one I have now is causing the car to idle erratically and throughout the rpm range it acts if though its missing or something. Help, if you have any type of solution.

how old are the spark plugs / plug wires?

have you inspected your TPS, Map, or IACV sensors?

what type of ECU is running the H?

Have you Sealed the distributor properly?

Any CEL's showing up?

Come on.....we need more info than just "occasional misfire"

correct me if i'm wrong misfire is all about spark/fuel/air....

So anything affecting spark & combustion will play a factor.....(Engine choking)

Spark:
-Distributor
-Wires
-Plugs

Air:
-Intake to the cylinder
-Valves?

Combustion:
-Head Gasket
-Piston Rings
-Exhaust is plugged up

Need more info.
