CEL 41 o2 sensor problem
Car: 97 civic hatch cx non-vtec
Motor swap: stock Jdm gsr obd2 with Jdm Ecu
Harness used: Stock 97 civic non vtec harness with modifications: Iacv fix, Iat fix, added knock sensor, added vtec solenoid, added Iab solenoid for gsr manifold
Problem:Getting Cel 41 for primary o2 sensor
Note:Secondary o2 sensor wire is NOT plugged into anything BUT primary o2 sensor IS plugged into downpipe.
Question: Why am I getting a Cel for 41 instead of a Cel for my secondary o2 sensor? I tried swapping the o2 sensors with 2 old ones and 1 brand new bosch o2 sensor. Cel still doesnt go away. Does anyone know why?

Also when I was taking off my headers I forgot to unbolt the o2 sensor plugs and the wires came off the cap. Which black wires are +12 volt heater and heater ground based on the pictures?

Does it matter which black wires go into the sensor plug? I know 1 is for +12 heater volt and the other is heater ground. I just dont know which one goes where because both are black wires..

it could be the ground i had a problem yesterday it threw me cel 41 so i checked my wire hareness and slice some wire and regrounded it and i didnt have any cel

really? I think when my radiator leaked it soaked the 2 caps for ground.. You know those 2 big cap plugs on the engine harness??? I think its blue and grey. Well what I did was take off my harness and took ALL of the black tape off.. I rechecked everywire including the o2 sensor wires.. The primary has 2 wires going to those big cap plugs. Im guessing ground. and 2 wires that go straight to the ecu. Then on the second o2 sensor theres only 1 wire that goes to the big cap thingy and 3 that goes to the ecu.
