does anybody know if it would be possible for a b16 from a 1994 del sol be put in a 1997 civic hatch be a LEGAL SWAP in california ? that includes passing emissions and state ref ? need help asap.. planning to get motor tommorow?

well yea .. man i really wanted a swap.. so there is no way to pass cali swap regulations even if you convert the obd1 to obd2
