Default B16A2 Swap

I have a 99 civic ex, What all do I need to swap a B16A2 into it?? About how much would it be??

I've searched and only ones for sale came up.

Everything. you are going from D to B. and the car you have is OBD1 and the motor you want is OBD2 ...Well in the states. If you get a JDM motor then you could leave it OBD1.

info is for the 92-95 civic but its the same idea, except its even easier for you because both your car and motor are obd2.

if i not mistaken the del sol vtec has a obd1 b16a2 could be wrong don't think i am though

my bad. you are right ODB follows the year not the engine. i do not know alot bout the D engine but as far as the swap goes. know you got to swap everything... engine, trans, ECU. I do not know if the mounts for the b are the same as the D in that model but i bet they are not so mounts too. is the car you have auto or stick? also what year is the motor? the 2gen JDM B16a(92'-95') is OBD1 and the USDM 2gen B16a (99'-00') is OBD2

yup yup..if it was a b16a3 then it would be a OBDI from the older del sols. B16A2 came from the newer SI's which are OBDII already.....
