If you B18C1 is OBD-2, there is no difference. If your B18C1 is OBD-1 you'll have to reuse your OBD-1 injectors or splice in the OBD-2 injector harness (plugs are different) and you'll have to reuse your OBD-1 VTEC distributor. Also, if you are OBD-2 I would suggest getting a P73 ECU or a VTEC controller. 4400rpm for ITR cams is a terrible VTEC crossover. If you are running OBD-1, you can use the P72 ECU but I recommend chipping it with a higher redline and VTEC crossover.

Sure, if the motor comes with a complete OBD-2 harness but most are hacked from quick engine pulls over in Japan. I have never received a motor with an uncut harness. So if he has an OBD-1 harness, he'll have to make it work with the OBD-1 ECU (or run an OBD-1 to OBD-2 Conversion harness). Something else I forgot to mention is that You'll need a new air intake pipe. The GSR version will not work with the ITR manifold.
