I will try to make it short and sweet. 1994 integra gsr with jrsc , rebuilt head with skunk II parts , block in perfect shape , timing belt is dead on , new distributor , great fual to air ratio and spark , but absolutely no power . Idles ok but power like a geo. I am stumped and have to find out what the problem is before it can finished being tuned. Please Help

What ECU are you using? The timing has to be retarded by 7 degrees with 93 octane gas. You have to use colder plugs. Larger injectors, fuel pump, and fuel rail needed. Also larger fuel pressure regulator. How many PSI you running? Are you using JR FMU?

I have a 95 GSR with JRSC running at 9 psi makinf 248 HP.

do you have a dyno chart?? I would like to see it, i'm thinking supercharging is the way to go for me. I'm guessing you like it, cuz i would love 248hp in my gsr. Why didn't you do a turbo? Any wheel spin issues?

I do not have the chart, I had it tuned 2 months ago. Lost it somewhere. I absolutely love it! I break the tires loose 1st 2nd and 3rd gears! Big *** burnouts! Mustangs GT, Camaros, G35, 350 Z can't keep up with me. I had a Mercedes SL500 race me, i had him by 3 cars! This thing is rediculous, but now I am gettig gallons to a mile instead of miles to a gallon. LOL!
I am goint to re-tune the car because I am going to use different injectors.

I did not go turbo because supercharger is maintanance free, less problems then a turbo, but a pain in the *** to install. I have an LS DA that is getting built with a turbo, that thing is going to be sick! I am estimating 350 whp. I wanted a daily driver to be reliable, but to have the power when I needed it, that is why the GSR got the SC.

Back to the issue:

#7 plugs, what are those? Go for NGK or NIPPO DENSO plugs only, go 3 degrees colder. These are Japaneese plugs for Japaneese engines. Get rid of the FMU, and bump up the pressure in the fuel rail. ( you need a adjustable fuel pressure regulator) I did not hook up the pressure sensing relay, I used the cars MAP sensor. I am not even using an O2 sensor. I chipped the stock ECU, and run Chrome map. Got it tuned, and it kicks ***.

Your car will run like ****, sputter, stall, not rev up, and all kinds of other things untill you tune it! The key is the timing. It is all done through the cars ECU.

the plugs are ngk plugs they are are #7 plug so they are colder plugs and it was on the dyno being data logged and and he could not finish tuning it because of whatever problem it is having. which is why i posted this because i cannot figure out why it is not putting out any power. no codes, data logging , tuning does not show a problem thats why i need help.

Are you able to rev the engine high without any hesitations? Are you getting enough fuel? Did you upgrade the injectors? I am running about 60psi fuel pressure. Make sure you have no vacuum leaks. Did you buy the SC new or used? Did you seal everything properly? Give me some more details, how was the install, did you follow the instructions? Let me know, maybe some pics would help.

A dyno graph and AFR readout would be very helpful

I can tell you for a fact that you dont need either a larger FPR or larger than stock fuel rail.

The fuel rail will not hurt if you use the stock one, but it sure improves performance. My car choked with the stock FPR, untill I upgraded. So for 9 psi of boost you do need the larger FPR. This is comming from someone that has the same car with the same supercharger. Do not mean to sound like a smart-***, but I am just telling the facts that I had to go through with my build.

At less than 300whp, you're nowhere near the capacity of either the FPR or the fuel rail. I've been running both stock units for the past 2 years at over 300whp. I dont plan to upgrade with my new build either

I am using a Jackson Racing Supercharger with 9 lb pulley. Had it tuned real good, and now it spits out 248 hp. I absolutely love it, its a blast to drive. When the V-TEC comes on and the boost kicks in, it launches! The best part is the whining of the supercharger at full boost. Here is a little clip:
