Read the FI FAQ that's stickied on the top of this forum. Don't skim the topics and read what you think will have JDM pictures in them, read everything.

You don't hold "psi", unless you're refering to the maximum turbo a class, such as SFWD, can utilize. You either max out pump gas, or run too much power. A T3 turbo could make 350whp at 26psi with a perfect intercooler, while a t3/t67 could make 500whp with 24psi - 500whp worth of air in your motor will create much higher cylinder pressures than 350whp worth.

In other words, tell us what your goals are, what turbo you have if you already got one, and we'll tell you the most you can expect. People have made 400whp on a bone-stock Z6, and some have blown up their fully-built Z6 with 150whp.

hmmm sounds like ur approaching this the wrong way, take it a tuner, have him do the tuning say my goal is 400whp on this car, here is my setup, psi will be a function of the turbo system and engines efficiency and power level, stop thinking psi

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by JDM-JAMES &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">new max record on stock sleeves is 477hp but all sleeves arnt the same</TD></TR></TABLE>

Where can this be found?

I've seen higher, however I would never take the risk w/ that much power on stock sleeves. If you obviously have the money to make that much power, why not make that much power the safe(r) way?
