Glue for rollbar hoops
After looking at my drivers side hoop plastic covers, it looks like it used to have some kind of glue/resin holding it shut. Since it's obviously not shutting any more, is there some kind of special epoxy that should be used on the plastic that covers the rollbar hoops?
My clips must be broken because mine are slightly parted as well. I was thinking of using a small amt of glue as well. I would stay away from super glue, I was gonna try a glue gun myself. Just planing on using a dab to keep them together.

My passenger side is fine, but the drivers side looks like there is some kind of glue residue on it. If you try something let me know. If not I'm going to go pick something up this weekend and try it out.

i used CA glue (similar to super glue) that i use for RC cars and it works fine. you could probably used super glue jell, just don't use the thin stuff that runs.

I heard that as well. But aren't the OEM metal roll bars inside already? If you buy just the plastics, you will have to get the bars in there somehow, and I believe the only way to do that is to separate the plastics. Hmm...
