Found 2 plastic peices in driver side window...

Found 2 plastic peices in driver side window...
I was going to replace the driver side window but found those. The 2 peices are identical. I don't see them listed in the helms. should I toss them and resume installation... Any ideas?
EDIT: driver side window was broken, found those 2 peices in between the door along with all the shattered glass

man, that **** is rice, looks like uncle bens long grain too, but I dunno......I wouldn't put that on my car

I dont know what kind of rice you eat but mine sure does not look like that.

I found pieces like that when I took changed my driver side glass
on a DA
come to find out they guide the glass thru at certain points
and cushion as well so your glass wont rattle...

I never had my door glass out but my friend has. He told me that they were pressed into the glass as guides. If you buy new glass you have to re-use the old ones. I'll ask him again to be sure.

My friend said if you buy aftermarket glass you need to re-use your old ones. If you buy OEM glass from honda they come attached to the new glass. Save them, just to be on the safe side. What year teg BTW? This should only apply to the 3gens.

98gsr.. I purchased an oem honda window but did not see the same plastic peices I found..

yeah. i was replying to Kendogg. I was looking in the g3 helm's.. the pictures aren't too clear.. but i think it could be the glass stabilizers. i am probably wrong though. i was also thinking it could be the glass stoppers (at the bottom - look back a few pages from 20-46).
