I have a turbo civic with rebuilt b18c. It is surging up and down at idle and it dies when I open the throttle just a little fast. It seems like the map sensor isnt sensing fast enough so it dies. what could cause this or how could I fix it?

I had the same problem when i got my bigger throttle body. The gasket was not alowing the holes to like up perfectly. so i ended up having to cut the hole a little bigger so that it would not cover it

 

I dont think thats the prob...I have got it do be fine before.. just dont know whats wrong
