Default Turn signal problem....

Hey guys, my 2000 civic ex turn signals wont work, i was driving in town and when i turned the blinkers on, it wouldnt make the clicking sound or light up the green left or right signals on the gauge cluster.. i checked the turn signal fuse and its good. How should i check the relay? and if its good, would could be the culprit?? any input would be good guys, thanks...

The turn signals are routed through the hazard switch....I'm not sure if that's the culprit, but you might want to check into it. If nothing else try to put the signals on with the hazard switch and verify that it is working.

What was the problem?? My 2000 Civic SI is doing the exact same thing as you have described. Also my gauges went out when it happened but later came back on and work fine but still no blinkers or hazards, no clicking, or green blinker indicator. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Start by checking 7.5A dash fuse 12.
