Details:
Jdm b20b swaped into a 97 civic ex running p75 ecu, FFS net crank bypass trick.

Issue:
Runs like crap, no power at all, misses hard

Replaced cap,rotot,plugs,wires. Set base timing and idle.

Only thing i can thing of is fuel issues. when i unplug the vac line to the fpr there is no change at all what so ever. If i create a vacume leak it runs better?!? So i think it may be stupid rich due to bad fpr and then lean due to same isssue up top as b18b ecu runs it lean on stock fuel pressure.
