Default car won't drive pass 3k

Ok yall, I've tried every single thing that I can think of that might of be the problem to the car. Sitting at idle, when i step on the throttle, rpm won't pass 4.5k and when driving it wont pass 3k. Here is my setup. I'm running with a stock obd1 gsr motor inside 96 civic. I have a obd2a EX engine harness connected to it and running obd2a-obd1 ecu jumper into a obd1p72 ecu. There is no CEL what so ever. I'm using a obd1 gsr dizzy too. I've tried replacing with a good dizzy already and it still does the same. replace the map and tps. changed out the injectors and checked compression and timing also. I'm running out of ideas. Let me know what you guys can think of next. Thanks

When you are this stumped there can only be one thing causing you problems. It happened to my mom before. A squirrel has crawled into you air intake.

I had the same problem and it was my TPS,maybe your wiring is bad or you have a fried ECU. I would hit the TPS with a multi-meter and check the continuity of the wires.

yeah i know its in limp mode. but i'm not showing any cel at all. and the tps i have on there now is good, already used a volt meter to check the voltage. and i already tried 5 different ecu already and still does the same thing. and the engine harness is a good one. there was no cut plugs. the weird thing is taht the motor was doing the same thing from the orgiginal car i pulled out of. i thought it was the harness so i swapped it into a diff. harness.

I know everyones being telling you to check the mass air flow sensor etc, and you said you've already checked it and its good but while ago when i owned a 94 mx3 after a put a cone filter on the stock air tubing a forgot to plug the mas back in and my car went into limp mode. i plugged it back in and everything worked fine. i know mazdas arnt hondas put im just suggesting. also when u said you replaced them do you mean with used sensors or like brand new sensors right from honda that u can guarentee to work?

yeah im about to check the oil pressure thats going in on the car. i'm waiting on my friend to lend me the gauge and everything else. i know the car isnt leaking any oil cause its still on the 2nd dot on the dip stick. and also, map sensor rarely ever goes out. i tried 3 diff. one and still does the same thing. also checked the voltage on it. i read somewhere online that this guy had the same problem and he replaced his oil pick up because it wasnt getting enough pressure. so thats why i'm gonna try the oil pressure gauge and hopefully everything works well. i'll keep yall posted.
