Default Idle problem maybe something more?

For the last week or so, I have been noticing a rough idle in my Civic. The motor is a B16B which is stock except for a cold air intake and chipped P28 ECU. On my way home from my parent's house tonight, it started sputtering when I accelerated from a light, backfiring both times, felt like it was not getting fuel or something. I recently replaced the fuel filter and the fuel pump was replaced last December. I thought it might be problem with the ignition, but when I removed each wire, there were no dead plugs, I then checked to see if the injectors were faulty, again nothing. The MAP sensor when unplugged caused the car to start to die, the IACV looks to be ok too. The only thing that seemed odd was when I unplugged the TPS, nothing happened. I am at a loss to figure out what the heck is going on here and need some sort of solutions.

Thanks in advance!

You sure you don't have the tps and map mixed up? Do you have a cel?

Not sure about the first two. And no, I did get one when I unplugged the injectors one by one. As I said, it has a chipped P28 ECU. Also, this problem has been getting worse over the last few months, it is not as noticeable when the temps are cooler outside.

I unplugged the MAP sensor when the car was parked to see if it was faulty.
