b18c ls/vtec engine with turbo will this be ok? yes no

specs are
lock rebuilt with 0.25mm oversized integra type r pistons,rings and bearings
all gaskets and seals in the block were replaced at rebuild.
cylinder head was also reconditioned (valves reseated etc) and port and polished ($600 worth of work).replaced all seals and gaskets in the head too.
it also had new waterpump,gates cambelt,ngk iridium plugs and oil breather at rebuild.
i will sell with a brand new type r headgasket in it also.
Will this be ok to run 5 psi with a mint tune on crome my stock b18c [freak]ed out and i need a new enginb/

Dont base your goals in terms of PSI since its an irrelevent measure. First off, what is your static compression with the setup you listed?? Secondly, what is your budget for the setup?? Thirdly, what are your power goals and uses for the car?? If you can answer those questions, i'll be able to give you a lot better answer
