Default oil feed line block adapter option!

since I've noticed that honda too uses a 1/8" BSPT fitting for the oil sender in the block, I used to use this on my nissan turbo cars:

I figure this sucker will work perfectly on the hondas too! Any reasons why it possibly wouldn't?

If there's enough clearance for it, there's no reason why it wouldn't work for Hondas. The only concern I can see is that it seems a bit bulky and might result in a cranked oil pressure port if you try to attach too much weight to it. Also, it's $50

I've used it in 3 other nissans, it's not as bulky as the pics looks. As for too much weight, it's aluminum

i think he meant to say the weight you would attach to the adapter not the adapters weight itself. and someone actually already sells the same thing for honda's either way. and we have a 1/8 Bspt thread not a true pipe thread just like a nissan

who sells the item for hondas? I'd be interested in checking it out. As for if this would work well or not, I'm sure it'd work just fine and weight wouldnt' be an issue.

Thanks!

the only reason I guess one might go with the nissport adapter is the ability to run oil pressure/oil temp gauges off the adapter as well as the oil sender and feed line.

I like that stealthmode fitting though. I think i'll be picking one of those up.

has anyone used the stealthmode oil restrictor? I'm kinda questioning how it'll work if, say, someone doesn't know how much to adjust it for their particular turbo!

Read the Link dude. It clearly states Stainless Steel.
