Default possible to fix PWR barrel intercooler?

so mine had a leak internally. it sat for a week and filled my motor with water, and hydro locked on cranking.

Luckily during cranking there probably isn't enough cylinder pressure to hurt anything. Pull the plugs, crank it over and get the water out, change the oil, and put a good intercooler on there.

Just like tony1 said, you should be ok. Just replace the intercooler and you should be good after you take the water out and do an oil change.

i'm still gonna disassemble it. it sheared the starter shaft off. and this is the JB welded block that had a nice crack across it. what do you suggest for an intercooler Tony?? i like the PWR barrel due to the confines of the EF engine bay. although i may be changing my setup all together

just a thought, but thats probably why it cracked the first time...the motor fought its way through and did not get hydrolocked. if you think about it, isnt the crack right where the crank mains are in the center?

the crack was about 1 inch below the end of the head studs.
