Default ls/vtec

How long should i expect the life of an ls/vtec motor to be with normal driving and rarely punching....and the work is doen right as in blueprint block,balance crank, take head to machine shop etc....with b16 pistons and gsr injectors.....????..............thanx

you also need to remember to break it in, change the oil, put gas in it, not rev it high for extended periods of time, and not to put sand inside the valve cover. If you make sure you do that, it'll last two to three days.
