First post. I come from the Subaru world.
Anyway, I have an 00 Civic auto with some weird issue.
If i turn the left blinker on, the tac jumps up and down until it clicks off.

The car was pretty rigged up when I got it (half a body kit, about 50 feet of extra wires just hanging around, etc) but I'm trying to make it a regular Civic again. I do know it used to have an alarm and a remote start.
Any help is appreciated!

 

Your best bet would be to get ahold of a good manual and start tracing wires.

 

Yeah I should be getting a manual real soon. Any idea's where to even start to look?

 

grounds.
engine to chassis ground mainly.

 

I would have to say check your connectors for or the gauge cluster
