Default '00 civic ex no start issue

Hey guys. I have a no start/no crank issue going on with my 2000 Civic EX. 158*** miles. It is in excellent condition. A week ago I drove to work and everything was fine. Got out of work, turned the key and no start. Since then I have tested (and used a new) starter, the battery, checked fuses, the ignition, relays, and checked for any grounding that I know of. There is continuity to all these systems. I have used a voltmeter and a tester light and everything is coming back fine. I have scoured videos and forums and can't seem to find anyone with the same issue as me. I have read that the '00 have had both ignition issues and the main relay giving out. but both are good. Does anyone out there have any idea???

Are you saying that when the key is held in the ON(III)/START position that you measure battery voltage at the starter solenoid connector?

Yes. Are you thinking that this grommet has broken or isn't depressing the clutch switch? Cause I haven't found any broken pieces on the floor board.

Check whether the rubber stopper is there or not - for switch at top of pedal.

I checked and the stopper is there and intact. I have done some more research and found out that my car has a starter cut relay switch. I can hear it click when I get to the start (III) position. this is a 4 pin relay with blk/wht, blk/wht, blk/red, and blk/blu wires. I only get power to one of the blk/wht wires. From what I have read, power should be going to both. I tried switching out with a known good relay that wouldn't effect the starting. And still no start.

a follow up. I was trying to start the car just to see what I hear. When I try to start, I can hear the relay click. I also tried pressing the clutch in and out and I can hear the relay click when the clutch peddle presses the clutch interlock switch. Don't know if this information might help....

I got tired of trying to figure this out and used a $5 work around and installed a push button switch. Maybe I'll figure out what the real issue is down the road.....

Check whether battery voltage from the ignition switch reaches the safety starter switch.

When you turn the key, do you hear the fuel pump buzzing ( under the rear seat)?
EDIT: excuse me, i didn't read the real problem. Your starter doesn't turn isn't it? So my previous question doesn't help

Where did you find this relay? I've been trying to find the same relay on my 2000 Civic and have had NO luck

Check the Majestic Honda website, though it's very rare for the relay to go bad.
