Drove my car about an hour away from where I live and as soon as i got off at the exit my car started surging rapidly when i threw it into nuetral.

Then when i was trying to give it gas again and drive it would make a weird low tone like something was getting submerged under water but air was still flapping around . . ( idk what to say just trying to make some sense )

well it started acting funny on and off and did the same when i arrived back in my town.

Went home and let it sit that night and next day everything was back to normal.

Codes im throwing now is all of VTEC since its not hooked up and code 9,14,and 17

Motor is JDM B16

vacuum leaks? tps? sounds like something submerged under water? kinda like a blowoff valve?

more like the hafway submerged thing

 

a video would be nice. do you only hear the noise when releasing the gas?
