temperature gauge needle jumping!!

Default temperature gauge needle jumping!!

I dont really know what is wrong with my car like when i drive it and rev it up in any gear while driving my temp needle keep jumping back to cold..then if i slow down to 3k rpm and the needle went back to normal.. and my check engine throwing code 10 its a "intake air temperature sensor" could that be it? so please help!!

my needle does the same thing when i hit the gas, so im also interested on what would cause this...except im not throwin any codes

probably low on coolant and have air pockets

bleed the coolant system, i had a similar problem and after i bleed the coolant system it was fine.

i had no cels though, like gtlaw said you might have air pockets in your coolant sys.

yeah i am sure you have a air pocket bleed the system it should be ok
