hey im getting a CEL but when i loop the wire it will flash, but only giving me the Ready Light, so i took it to auto zone, and there code reader gets an erorr message tryign to read it, its a 96ek coupe ex model, with a type r swap and p73 ecu

i cant figure this out and my cars not running right at all, any ideas?

i tryed a p72 ecu, andi get them same thing, and i pulled the neg off the bat to reset the ecu, still nothing, and it was giving me codes just fine before
