Default M45 and Timing?

Hey guys, just got a jrsc m45 installed on my d15y7. I'm in need of some info. The guy who installed it set the timing back as far as he could get it due to the fact i dont have a fpr. What parts do i need to get closer to stock timing again? I assume the majority of it is fuel related. The entire car is stock except for a little ractive short ram, which made a world of difference. What timing do you guys recommend for a stock dx with a m45?

If you run some sort of boost dependant ignition retard unit, you can run stock ignition timing. The JR BTC will do this for you or more preferably, the J&S Ultra Safeguard v.2. It costs more, but it gives you many more tuning options and a safety net to boot.
