HP gains, differences in US to JDM
i was wonderin' if anyone know for sure, if the HP gains on a performance part/kit differs alot between say a GS-R VS a ITR (or a Si VS a CTR)??
for example: a kit for a GS-R, that has the good 1st stage mods (header, exhaust, CAI~160-165 whp), says it will make about 240-245 whp....
would u still only get that 80-85 whp on a ITR? i know the ITR already has about 25 (flywheel) hp more, but being a lil different would it gain like 5-10 more if it was put on it?
another example: a kit for a Si (B16A) has been able to make about 270-280 whp, said about a 100-120 whp gain
on a CTR (B16B) would u still only see 100-120 whp gain or mayb more? also, would a kit for an B16A work on a B16B?

also, w/ using a thicker head gasket could i still run the same PSI w/ a Si kit on a CTR? to solve the issue of the higher compression?
