Is there an engine diagnostic scanner for obd0? If not, how do I see what code I'm throwing?

As the title says. I have a D15 with a check engine light that comes on when it warms up. Local parts store only have the obd1 or obd2 analyzers. Do you know where I can find a obd0?

Just jump the 2 pin connector by the ECU and count the blinks.

Check under the passenger seat, probably under the carpet. There may be a hole cut somewhere so that you can see a flashing light on the ECU.
