Ok, here's what I've got going:

Fully built B18C1 in my '95 Civic DX. I just got the thing running a week ago and have been fixing minor mechanical problems and I'm done with all of that now. What I need to do now is figure out what's up with the ECU and the CELs I'm getting.

I jumped the system and when I went to count for the code, my Check Engine light flashes the long flash constantly, while the SRS light gives me the codes. The SRS light is flashing a 51, 92, and 21. I checked out on http://www.jdmfan.com and there is no listing for a 51... also, I bought an OBD1 ECU (P72), OBD1 distributor and OBD1 harness.

Someone mentioned to me that my ECU could be stuck in a diagnostic mode... I reset the ECU a couple of times, but I still get the same codes. Anyone have any ideas??? I'd really like to get this thing running properly!

Is it possible that the SRS light is flashing SRS codes and the MIL is just giving you a code 10(iat)?

 

GOOD CALL! I didn't know that there were SRS light codes.... so if that's the case, what is an SRS code 51, 92 and 21?

 

Got it fixed! My IAT sensor was bad. I had a friend with an '01 GSR come over and I used his.. the CEL went away!

Does anyone know if the IAT sensor from a D15B7 will work correctly on a B18C1? I took the one off my blown DX motor and put it in the place of my bad IAT, I don't get another CEL, but I don't know if the sensor will work correctly with the B18C1? Anyone??
