Daily driving tuning/ WOT tuning all in one???
my previous set up was basic (b18c w/itr cams, header etc) and would average 35 mpg on a tankful using the p30 ecu or even my p28 w sk2 stg2 chip (about 30 mpg) but on the dyno i would notice that the p28 would only read off the WOT chip at a steady throttle (cruising) while the p30 would fluctuate the air/fuel on a regular basis (reading the O2 sensor and compensating )when not in a wot map.
my question is can i tune for this w/out having to resort to the aem ems or hondata s300 especially since my current set-up will likely not allow oem ecu's to safely run (4.9 final drive/ 11.8 comp pro 1 cams and all bolt ons 200 hp goal at least)? i know that phearable has great chips for all applications, can they still be used to run the O2 sensor like stock? can crome/uberdata? could i get away with this or would i really need to save 600$ just for the hondata?

Crome/eCtune/Hondata/Neptune can all use open & closed loop modes just like the factory ecu.
You don't need to use any o2 feedback to sufficiently achieve great gas mileage as long as the vehicle is tuned properly.
Considering it sounds like your setup is an aggressive all motor setup. I would recommend you have the car professionally tuned using neptune/ectune/hondata as running a stock ecu would not be the greatest idea.
You don't have to use an s300 system if your having some one else tune the vehicle.
I tune cars on ectune, hondata s100 etc... all the time for customers just like you.
