Default Honda Pilot real Miles per Tank

I'm taking a road trip, and I'm trying to plan the gas stops. (read that as me being **** and wanting to know where I'll be getting gas) So, how many miles do your Pilot drivers get, when driving highway 90% of a tank?

not too many people with piolets ar in these forums. why dont you look for the dealer suggested mpg's. or just stop when you get to a quarter tank.

I drove from Tn up to Indiana. I had got 500 miles on my tank and a few gallons left when I filled up. Keep in mind I filled up when I left Tn than again when I got into Indiana so only 1 fill up.

With a pilot?

I have a 2008 Pilot and am getting between 290 and 320 to a tank around town. 500 seems a bit far fetched.

I usually get 380-420 per tank city/highway in my 2005 Pilot EX-L. On a trip to and from Virginia Beach from upstate NY we were over 500 (around 530ish) on all three tanks fulls. Also, this was cruising 75-80 mostly with the AC on. Think about it 400 miles to the tank, filling up is 20 gallons, so thats 20 mpg. You can get 26-27 on all highway driving even on the AWD models. We were very suprised, also with the cylinder deactivation on the newer models you should be getting even better mileage.

That was strictly highway on a roadtrip. He had mentioned a road trip. I typically get 350-400 on my 07' pilot on fill-ups. Just depends on how much I use the interstate/highway. Sorry I didnt clearify myself on the earlier thread.
