VX Throwing codes 9 and 48

I have a stock '92 VX throwing codes 9 (cylinder sensor)and 48 (Lean air fuel sensor). The car seems to run fine. Anyone have the instructions on diagnosing these codes?

Not sure on the 9, but maybe the o2 for the 48.
