Does anyone have pics of B16 auto cams?
I had these cams in my motor when I bought my swap a while ago. I assumed that it were GSR cams, since my motor was a GSR but the rings and notches on the cams do not line up perfectly like the pictures I have looked at but I could be wrong.
They do not look like the 5 speed B16, B17 cams. Slightly similiar to the GSR but not exact. Close to the ITR cams but still not exact.
I have been told they are AUTO B16 cams but I have never seen them before,
and can not find any pics of them cams on this site, I have searched.
Help me out guys!
On with the pics

I have been trying to figure it out but the protruding ring downs not fit the picture of any of the cams. The ITR's the closest but does it matter or is there someone that can 100% tell me what they are. I want to be positive before I put these for sale.
There is a lot of information that is not entirely accurate out there. I looked at the pictures from ff-squad to ID the cams from a 2000 JDM ITR, and they do not match. It says they are US spec 98+ cams. So.... either it came from Canada and got US ITR cams on the line, or someone from Japan put in US cams before I got it. Either way, it would be good to note where the engine came from, if possible.
If you have access to a micrometer, you can measure the base circle and lobe height, and let us know what the difference is. I'm sure someone on here has mic'ed these cams already.

they are b17 cams. Itr cams have those rings but they are not as big.If you measure the lobes on the secondary they will be around 36mm and the itrs would be at 37mm. here is a pic.itr onleft b17 on right

Hold up, I see that you go the pics from FF squad but if you use the link that I got, the B17 cams do not have that ring on the first part and double on the second part...weirdo...
