Car shuts off when I turn my blinker light on. Please Help.
I have a 1998 Honda Civic EX sedan Automatic, with about 95,000 miles. My engine sometimes shuts off when I switch my left or right blinker on, and I get no engine light or any other light when a car shuts off while driving. One time I actually noticed my ABS light went on for a second, then it faded away. And right after that happened, as soon as I switched the blinker on, my engine shuts off. After that happens I pop it in Neutral and crank it up and it starts right back up with no problem. Also one time I hit the Steering Wheel, and it shuts off. (Which I thought was pretty funny at that moment) And also my front & rear (right) speakers goes out sometimes.
p.s. I took it to AutoZone for a battery and alternator check, and said it was working fine. Giving off the appropriate amps.

Maybe the eld (electric load detector). Its underneath the engine bay fuse box, a lot of the time you can unplg them and clean them with electrical contact cleaner and plug them back and it will fix it.

same problem with me, but if i touch or barely turn my key it turns back on. I think it is the ignition switch too.
