where do you tap in accessory power?
i need to tap into an accessory power. I installed a hayden radiator fan relay and taped it into the under engine fuse panel @ the far right slot on the radiator fan relay and of course took out the relay, but sometimes the fan doesnt turn on. also, do they have moduals that can split mutliple accessories off from one. IE: you take on igintion power wire to this module and it has a power wire to the battery. Then you can run mutliple accessories such as guages, turbo timer from this one?
I think part of what youy are asking is how to run multiple accesories off on tapped line. if thats what you are askin then you will need to get a relay. You can tap into a wire a couple times, but after that, the output isnt going to be sufficient. Relays are reletively cheap and any stereo store will have them. They can even wire it for you with t-taps attacheched so all you would have to do is tap power and ground. I did this in my car for my gauge lights because the single line couldnt handle the draw.
