Default Oil in one intake/head port what's the cause?

Hi,

Yesterday, I removed my intake manifold to change it for a new one. I noticed some oil on the left intake port. Also, there was oil in the same head intake port. I put my finger in the port all the way to the valve and I could feel a little pool of oil on the valve. The intake piping was clean/dry so It's not coming from the turbo. What could it be? Valve seal?

Thanks for your help everyone

That was my first guess that it would be the turbo. If it was valve seals I would assume it would be going through the turbo and all too and not reverting back into the intake. Have you actually pulled the pipe from the compressor outlet and checked there? Have you checked the inlet of the turbo also? Does the turbo have a lot of shaft play?

The turbo has only 4k miles. The piping from the turbo to the intake manifold is dry and not ''oily'' to the touch so I doubt that the turbo is the cause And there's oil only in 1 port.
