Default P30 Intake Manifold Q's & Idle Problems

Alright, ima try to sort this out the best I can to get the answers I need

Question 1:
When I got the car, this port was going to a dead end on the line with a bolt plugged into it to keep it from leaking.
On the Vacuum port circled, where does this go (P30 Intake Manifold)

Question 2:
Would running this line to a T-Line running from the PCV Valve so the PCV has 2 inputs on the manifold be fine? Or does this port have another purpose that Im not seeing?

Question 3: If I unplug my IACV once warm, when the idle is surging, and it drops down to 1500 but doesnt stay completely stable, its like a racing jump, it doesnt go up but about 100 rpm at the most but it does it extremely fast. When the IACV is hooked up, it surges from 1500 to 2700 then back and forth, but with it unhooked it just skips really damn fast between 1500 and 1600, ill make a video if needed to show exactly what I mean. That makes me think its the IACV, but I also think theyres something up with that vacuum line as well

Question: 4 Whenever the engine is cold, it idles at 2450 constant, until it gets warmed up, it doesnt drop down to normal by itself, but if i tap the gas after the gauge is at op. temp, it drops to 1500 and starts surging, only if i tap the gas though. What does that seem like? Im positive its all tied to something, but im not exactly sure what.

Also, when im driving, whenever i shift from 1st to 2nd, whatever I had the gas pedal at when i push the clutch in, it stays revving that until the clutch is engaged, basically seeming like I never let off the gas, im sure thats tied in with the vacuum deal to. Basically If i someone can answer 2 out of 4 of these questions i'll probably be good to go

Please take the time to read through all of my symptoms and try and give me some answers, I would truely appreciate it.

Thank you.
