Default Running way to rich I think.

Hey I need some more help. I was driving my car to the muffler shop yesterday to get a flange made and my car stalled. Now the weird part about that was that I have an automatic! After I started it back up and let it idle for a little while, it started revving itself and it backfired once. Now I'm assuming this is because I have a Vortech FMU and a AirTex inline fuel pump on there and it's pumping way too much fuel in at idle. The car also bogs when I accelerate from a stop. So what do you guys think I should do about this problem?

I'm using the stock injectors until I put the Hondata in.
No AFC to tune.
If I just use the fuel pump, there will be nothing to regulate how much fuel goes into the rail which would most likely make a bigger problem.
6.5-7 PSI.
D16Z6 is a SOHC so yes.

xbird, I can't add my FPR because it won't work with the Vortech (I have a stillen FPR). Well my friend told me it wouldn't work.

CovertFI, it has never worked right. What would happen if I did boost without the Vortech?

dwilson, it's to early. I've only had the turbo on for 2 days and I heard you should wait a little while to check them.

Dammit, I really need to install the Hondata.

Two, Too, and To - Who Knew?

Two is a number.

She counted, "One, two, three."

Too is an adverb that can mean also.

He wanted to go too.

Too is an adverb that can mean more than enough.

This is too much for me!

To plus a noun or noun phrase is a preposition.

Take me to the ball game.

I went to bed early that night.

To plus a verb is an infinitive.

She wanted to go.

He decided to run away.

Thanks for taking the time to learn better grammar.

some people on this site says it takes lots of miles before you can check your plugs for an acurate reading.

well if you boost with out the fmu, you will blow your **** up. so you have a vortech fmu and a stilling fpr? are you sure you have them hooked up right?

No, I'm just using the Vortech FMU and the Airtex fuel pump. The stillen FPR will not fit on correctly from what I'm told so I'm going to put it on when I put the Hondata in. Is it really harming my engine right now because of the richness?

Seriously I'm not sure. It's the Vortech that came with my Drag kit. Here is my full setup:
1995 Civic EX Automatic
Drag Generation 3 turbo kit (Includes T3/T4 turbo, Spearco intercooler, Vortech FMU, Airtex inline fuel pump, Deltagate wastegate, HKS Super Sequential BOV, Tetra check valves (2), all piping)
Autometer A/F and boost gauges
HKS Type 0 turbo timer
I think thats it.

if you can adjust the fmu then it is not a super fmu. the vortech fmu has to be used with a fpr for vacuume. do you still have your stock fpr?
