Default B18A/turbo smoking?

Just installed a fully built B18A with a Drag 2 kit into a 96 INT Special Edition. Once the car warms up, white smoke comes out of the exhaust. The motor without the turbo is fine, so were guessing something is wrong with the turbo. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks.

P.S. - The turbo was just rebuilt by Turbotecnics and has 50 miles on it.

I'd say that the head was not torqued down correctly.

or the head gasket isn't on correctly

Water cooled center section? The bearing is not sealing and the turbo is leaking coolant into the intake charge. Pull the intake piping and look for evidence of coolant. Could also be oil leaking past seals.

More likley that you have a headgasket failure though. Do a compression check.
