I have a D16Y8 w/ a custom T25 boosting 7psi. For fuel I have a 255 Walbro intank, 10:1 fmu and, stock injectors. Everything works out fine until i drive the car for a long time and it will lean out when in full throttle. I drive it easy ever since that happened. This doesn't happen when i first drive the car only like 30-45 min on the road. Someone please give me some advice. I was thinking about doing the VAFC hack w/ 450cc's.

 

you could use th AFC hack...but you can find HONDATA 2b for a little more then a VAFC will cost you....

Why not just up to a 12:1 disk? And save for standalone?

 

10:1 FMU + intank + stock injectors = WAAAY lean..

 

yup, you need to, at the very least, get an inline pump.

 

i was thinking the same...i mean 10:1...ouch....get a inline pump and 12:1....

 

I thought everybody was running super rich with the 12:1.....I know I was but I was running super rich before the turbo so I don't know if the 12:1 was right or not.
