gapping @20 psi and plug quetion
hey guys
whats kind of gapping at 18 -20 psi are we looking at?
and what would be the best spark plug to be use whit that kind of boost
now im using ngk bkr7e

what engine? I'd say two steps colder than stock. NGK ALL THE WAY! Though, I'm sure denso is fine.
is there someting better to use then bkr7e or shoul i stay whit does

7's are one step colder than stock. Depending on your intercooling, whether you have a MSD or not, and how efficient your turbo is will determine if this is OK. From what i can tell, the 7's should be OK for your setup unless youa re running a t25 at 20psi with no intercooler. Then you are in trouble.
Run the 7's for a while, then check them for fouling. That is your best bet.
